Delivery and installation.

You are responsible for making sure the delivery address can actually take the piece you ordered: the entrance, the corridor, the stairs, the lift, the terrace, and any other way in.

Where restricted access means a crane, special lifting equipment, extra people or any other unusual measure, all of those costs are yours.

OPUS 8 is not liable for a delivery that fails or is delayed because the address could not take the piece.

Once your order is paid, you pick the day in your account. Delivery and assembly are one visit: the same team brings the table and puts it together before they leave, so there is no second appointment to arrange.

The day you pick is a request rather than a booking. We call you to agree it, and your account shows the date once it is settled.

These are heavy pieces, and we need to know in advance whether access is by lift, by stair, or along a narrow passage.

Someone must be present to receive and sign. If delivery fails because nobody was there, a second attempt may be charged.

Customs duties and local taxes are settled on delivery by the recipient. They are not part of the amount paid here.

Each GCC country opens as its shipping and tax rates are confirmed. If yours is not listed yet, write to us and we will arrange it by hand.
