At team@opus8.ae, with your order number, what has happened, and photographs.

We look at it
We may ask for more photographs, or arrange to see the piece.

We repair, replace or refund
Whichever suits the case, in line with UAE consumer protection law.
Damage on arrival
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, that is not a warranty claim. The returns page covers it, not this one.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under UAE consumer protection law. It does not replace them.
