Returns and refunds.
Every OPUS 8 is selected and delivered with the same care. What you may return depends on whether it was built to a standard specification or to yours.
What can be returned
Standard pieces
Within 7 days of delivery, unused, in original condition, with everything supplied
A table used for cooking
Not returnable for a change of mind, for hygiene, safety and condition
Customised
Not returnable and not refundable, unless there is a manufacturing defect. A standard colour is not a customisation: a standard table is always returnable, however long it takes to build
How to request one

Write to us
Within 7 days, to team@opus8.ae, with your order number, your name and contact details, the reason, and photographs where they apply.

We authorise it
Nothing may be collected or shipped before we have.

We collect
Coordinated by us, because of the size and the weight of the tables.

We inspect, then refund
To the original payment method, within 10 to 14 working days of the inspection. Bank and card processing times sit on top of that.
The cost of collection
Who pays to bring it back.
Where a return is not caused by a defect in the product or by an error on our side, the customer is responsible for the return transport.
For a table, that is AED 1,500. For an accessory it is between AED 50 and AED 200 depending on the piece: AED 200 for the pizza oven, AED 50 for the smaller pieces. You are told the figure before anything is collected.
Where the fault is ours, or our authorised service provider's, whether in delivery, handling or installation, you are not charged for putting it right.
Damaged, defective or incorrect
A fault is not a return.
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or does not correspond to your order, tell us as soon as you can. We inspect it, and then repair it, replace it, or refund it, in accordance with applicable UAE consumer protection law.
Normal wear, and the weathering of materials in sun and rain, is not a defect. These are outdoor tables and they are built to age.
Nothing on this page limits or excludes any right available to you under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
